What to expect from your One to One personal training
- Your initial session will include meeting your trainer, setting your goals and taking any appropriate assessments. As soon as you’re happy you're ready to go!
- Following your initial session your trainer will provide you with a detailed training programme that meet your needs and goals. Dependent on your requirements this may be a long term or short programme that can be revisited at any time.
- Our personal trainers are highly educated on providing the best possible exercise prescription. We want to ensure we are passing on our knowledge to help you gain a better understanding of health and fitness world. Alongside your exercise program our trainers will also educate you on any other requirements such as, wellness, lifestyle changes and nutrition. Our trainers can provide you with food diaries and nutrition advice that will help you along your journey.

No matter what your needs or requirements are we have trainers and a team of physiotherapists around you to ensure you're in the best possible care.
