What is acupressure?
Acupressure is similar to acupuncture but is carried out with the hands rather than needles. Acupressure has several benefits and is applied with gentle to firm finger pressure on the same pressure points and meridians as acupuncture. They are known as acupressure points and are stimulated as part of treatment for various conditions.
